When you purchase SwiftStruct, you receive access to a private GitHub repository containing our complete SwiftUI starter kit. This includes pre-configured integrations for Firebase, Sentry, and RevenueCat, along with clean architecture patterns and best practices for iOS development.

• License. You receive a license to use the code for your own projects. The Personal plan is for individual use, while the Team plan allows commercial use and team collaboration.
• Updates. You receive lifetime access to updates pushed to the repository. Updates are delivered via git pull or rebase, allowing you to merge changes while maintaining your customizations.
• Support. Basic support is included with all purchases. Team plan customers receive priority support and a custom onboarding session.

You may modify, customize, and use the code in your own projects. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or share access to the private repository with others who have not purchased a license. Each purchase grants access to one user or team as specified in your plan.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of SwiftStruct. SwiftStruct is a digital product that provides immediate access to a private GitHub repository containing our SwiftUI starter kit. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted.

• No Refunds. Once you receive access to the private GitHub repository, refunds are not available. This is because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
• Before Purchase. We encourage you to review all product information, features, and requirements before purchasing. If you have questions, please contact our support team.
• Technical Issues. If you experience technical issues accessing the repository or have problems with the code, please contact our support team. We're committed to helping you get up and running.

We understand that purchasing a digital product requires trust. That's why we provide detailed information about what's included, clear documentation, and responsive support. If you're unsure whether SwiftStruct is right for you, please reach out with your questions before purchasing.

Exceptions

In rare cases where we are unable to provide access to the repository due to technical issues on our end, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

SwiftStruct is provided as-is. While we strive to provide high-quality code and documentation, we cannot guarantee that it will meet all your specific requirements. You are responsible for testing and adapting the code for your use case. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our product.
